Over the years, Dave has led and developed many individuals to effectively serve clients within diverse markets and technical areas for companies of all sizes. As President, his role is to facilitate our overall strategic direction to ensure Trusted Way Consulting is achieving its goals and objectives within the business communities we serve.

Since the best way to build relationships is with a client-centric approach, Mat brings a proven background of client service and sales in a wide range of industries to lead our sales team. With a background in consulting, education and marketing, Tonya has extensive expertise in recruiting, professional development, and operational improvement. With a discerning eye for talent, and a passion for leading initiatives that foster inclusive cultures; she drives employee engagement by consistently developing leaders and maximizing retention.
